When will my order ship?
Most orders are fulfilled within 3-4 weeks from the order date, excluding pre-orders. Multiple unit orders ship only when all items are in stock. You'll receive an automatic shipping confirmation including your tracking number.
*Note* Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours, and not all methods provide step-by-step tracking. Unfortunately, we can't modify the shipping method once the order is placed.

When will I get my order confirmation?
Order confirmations are sent to your provided email immediately after purchase, containing details of items, shipping and billing addresses, selected shipping method, and digital download links if applicable. If you don't receive it, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing or if there's an email entry error, contact our customer service team for assistance.

My order hasn't shipped. Why was I charged?
All orders are charged in full upon placement. For security reasons, we don't retain payment or credit card information.

International Shipping
Expect substantial transit times for international orders due to customs processing. If you haven't received your package within 6 weeks, check with your local postal/sorting office or customs. Duties and taxes assessed by each country are the responsibility of the purchaser. We can't mark packages as having "No Commercial Value" to reduce potential duties.
