Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation and Tracking: Upon placing an order, an order confirmation email containing details will be promptly sent to the provided email address.
Shipping Carriers and Timeframes: Domestic orders typically take 3-4 weeks for delivery, subject to location and state. For overseas orders, please anticipate longer shipping durations.
Responsibility for Shipping: Once the package is in the hands of USPS/UPS or carrier, our company is not liable for any delivery issues. Any concerns regarding delivery, including lost packages, must be addressed directly with USPS/UPS or carrier as they are the shipping carriers responsible for claims and package location.
Undelivered Packages: In the event a package is returned to us due to non-acceptance by the recipient, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees. You can arrange for the package to be resent using your preferred shipping carrier.
International Orders: For international orders, we highly recommend selecting DHL Worldwide shipping at checkout for the best and fastest shipping experience. Please note that import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be covered accordingly.
